She released her debut album, How I Do, in 2001 and fans and insiders are quick to tell you that How I Do is a criminally underrated album. She’s been collaborating with Talib Qweli for their project Idle Warship and Res’ near-decade long career is filled with winding paths and memorable experiences. While she’s no stranger to the hardships of being an artist, Res is simply in love with making music. |

He sings and plays his guitar with genuine emotion and real talent. |
