m.a.m.a. earth was founded in 2007 with the intention of making it easy for folks to give to causes that affect us all by inspiring others with the power of art, music and nature. We are a global family and are always happy to meet a new cousin or auntie or uncle along the way.
A big part of m.a.m.a.’s work has been in the garden with resident papa, Eugene Cooke. He is an internationally-recognized urban farmer who has been invited to speak at learning gardens, schools, universities, community and senior centers all over the world. At one of Eugene’s recent m.a.m.a. earth classes at Center for Living Peace, we were so pleased to meet another light-working mama named Wennifer Lin-Haver, founder of Mother Tree Sanctuary, a non-profit committed to sharing resources that will encourage and empower our families and communities to live in harmony, seeing themselves integral to and one with each other and Nature. Mother Tree Sanctuary’s immediate goal is to provide you with wholistic, multidimensional education, resources, and tools to empower you and your family to live with clarity, nourishment, health, and joy.
m.a.m.a. earth is proud to sponsor their upcoming Orange County event series featuring Dr. Masaru Emoto, author of New York Times Best Seller, The Hidden Messages in Water. Folks will have three opportunites to participate:
Thursday, July 11th at 6pm
A Water Ceremony at the beautiful Muth Interpretive Center in Newport Beach. This is a FREE event open to the public featuring yoga, music and performance art starting at 5pm.
Friday, July 12th at 12pm
A FREE children’s event at Huntington Beach Library’s Tabby Theatre – Dr. Emoto will present his children’s book. Slide show, puppet theater and special pond blessing to follow.
Friday, July 12th at 6pm
An Evening Seminar at Huntington Beach Library, $35 presale, $40 at the door – A presentation of Dr. Emoto’s research and discoveries that gained him worldwide acclaim. His message from water is deeply connected to our individual and collective consciousness. Urban farmer, Eugene Cooke, will also speak that evening. Join us for this special and inspiring event!
