  • Jaime Kailani Bayot
    Founder & Director
    Jaime Kailani Bayot is an artist, entrepreneur and a mother to two sons, Marley and Jaimeson. She founded Mama Earth Project in 2007 with a vision to provide people with the opportunity to experience the power of giving and making a difference. Since then, Mamaearth has launched several successful initiatives in Los Angeles that continue to make an impact through arts, music and nature. Jaime Kailani believes that people can truly connect through acts of kindness and the transformative power of sharing and positive exchange of energy; whether it be through a song or dance or artwork. She is dedicated working for the good of Mama Earth. 
  • Shivani Karan
    Shivani Karan is an award winning digital artist (Lane25), a global creative industries practitioner, and an educator. She has lectured at the Auckland University of Technology and at Hunan City University, China. Her art work explores memory, identity and ancestry. She also facilitates digital media workshops for underserved communities in Aotearoa, NZ and she hopes to expand this model to reach underserved communities around the world.

    Tiara Bella
    Tiara Bella Hernandez is a dedicated educator and community advocate born and raised on Oahu. With a deep belief in the connection between culture and memory, Tiara has spent years fostering creativity in the next generation as a music teacher and the founder of Keikichella, a music and performing arts festival that provides a vibrant platform for Hawaii’s youth to showcase their creative passions.
    A surfer with a profound love for the islands, Tiara’s work is rooted in the "unshakable aloha spirit." Her professional journey is defined by collaboration—ranging from co-creating community-focused music like "I LOVE HAWAII". She brings to Mama Earth a unique blend of artistic vision, deep local roots, and a commitment to preserving the beauty and heritage of her home.
  • Valerie Zaks
    Valerie Zaks is a mother of three, an artist and a long shoreman in the ports of San Pedro. She is the creator of 4mamaearth’s COLORING MANDALAS project, bringing art therapy to children in hospital and adults of every age. On any given day, you might find Val teaching yoga, making jewelry, painting or driving a crane. Her enthusiasm is infectious and she brings love and an open heart to every task.

    From corporate law to being on Survivor in the wilds of Nicaragua and the Philippines, to being a regular expert guest on the Today Show, Franny has deliberately forged her own unique life path. She is bold, has an inherent sense of adventure, an unwavering belief in the power of love, a penchant for finding the fun in most any situation, and a long-held desire to do something extraordinary with her life.
    Franny supports Mama Earth’s Advisory Board with legal counsel, outreach and lending her enthusiasm and know-how to the project whenever needed!
  • Tricia Bulos
    Tricia brings over 20 years of experience in the beauty and wellness industry as a licensed Esthetician with a passion for helping others look and feel their best. In addition to her wellness expertise, she has spent many years in the music industry as a vocalist, bringing creativity, authenticity, and strong community connection to everything she does. Her passion for art, music, and empowering others makes her a valuable asset to any team.
  • You Lee Kim
    You Lee Kim is an event producer, marketing consultant, and spiritual activist with over 20 years experience in the healing and wellness communities. Born in Korea, raised in the middle east, and settled in California, You Lee brings her unique brand of truth and healing to all her projects and collaborations. She brings unique expertise in a variety of areas from branding and out reach for healers, non-profits and small practices, to directing special events and fundraisers both small and large. She is mother to one son, Mason.

    Aria Corinne Gannon is a Creative Strategist who operates at the vital intersection of brand evolution, contemporary art, and institutional partnerships. With a career spanning three decades, she serves as an architect for project development, specializing in "Strategic Activation"—the process of aligning creative objectives with the logistical and marketing frameworks necessary to achieve global visibility.
    Aria’s expertise is defined by her ability to secure landmark outcomes for her clients, including acquisitions and exhibitions within premier national museums and galleries. She leverages a global network of tastemakers, educational leaders, and media figures to create cross-marketing opportunities that transcend traditional brand positioning. This unique approach has secured high-profile editorial features in outlets such as Art in America, Artnews.com, and The Huffington Post.
    Integrating her professional rigor with social purpose, Aria develops philanthropic programs for national non-profit entities, ensuring that community impact remains a core component of her strategic practice. Her work is informed by a global perspective, maintained through her presence in Los Angeles, New York and Santa Fe, New Mexico.
  • Ivory Tifa
    Ivory Tifa is an occupational therapist who is drawn to helping others heal through art and other meaningful activities. She has a special interest in the power of helping others. She has two beautiful daughters, Delilah and Tatiana. Ivory finds great joy in writing and performing poetry. She is fluent in Spanish, which she learned while living in the Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico. Ivory is the lead Ambassador for MAMA EARTH’s Project OM; bringing music, art and nature to hospitals, shelters and after school programs.
  • Suzanne “Zanne” Hollingshead
    Suzanne "Zanne" Hollingshead is a trauma-informed well-being advocate, certified life coach, peer group facilitator, and community builder, trained through Martha Beck’s world-renowned Wayfinder Life Coaching program and certified in Mother Loss Support through Claire Bidwell Smith and Hope Edelman’s program for grief professionals. Drawing on decades of trainings coupled with her own lived experiences of loss, she brings a deeply compassionate, whole-hearted presence to her one-on-one and group work with individuals navigating loss and grief, midlife transitions, and the intersectional layers of all healing journeys — including specialized support for women moving through the menopause transition, informed by her own personal and family history. Zanne hosts and facilitates an educational peer group for midlife women navigating the many life changes that arise through the perimenopause and menopause transition. In her work with Hope Edelman, Zanne co-facilitates weekly Motherless Daughters Community Calls and leads the 12-week Support Circles Curriculum for Mother Loss, which she helped develop in 2023.
    In her work with Mama Earth, she supports the vision of the organization with Outreach and Creative consulting on initiatives like One Peace and our wellness retreats.
